    Arrival in Mardin

    Gather at Thessaloniki "Makedonia" Airport and depart on a Turkish Airlines flight via Istanbul to the famous city of Mardin. Discover this remarkable region, renowned for its distinctive architecture, historic mansions, narrow stone streets, and charming squares. Explore the heart of Aramaic religious heritage, reflected in the area's rich cultural and spiritual atmosphere. Check in at the hotel, enjoy dinner, and overnight stay.

    Mardin Sightseeing Tour

    After breakfast, enjoy a comprehensive guided tour of the historic city of Mardin and its surroundings. Visit impressive mosques, museums, churches, madrasas, and traditional markets filled with local products.     Mardin – Midyat – Mor Gabriel – Diyarbakır

    After breakfast, depart from Mardin and travel to the nearby town of Midyat, a place that evokes the region's biblical past. Continue to the historic Mor Gabriel Monastery, the spiritual center of the Syriac Orthodox Church, where stunning mosaics, intricate stone carvings, and ancient catacombs reveal the early Christian heritage of the region. Arrive in the vibrant city of Diyarbakır in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

    Diyarbakır – Hasankeyf – Şanlıurfa

    After breakfast, explore the heart of Diyarbakır, including its recently restored fortress with impressive city walls, historic houses, mosques, and the city's remarkable Armenian church. Experience its unique blend of cultures, religions, lively markets, and traditional local cuisine. Continue to Hasankeyf, the ancient partially submerged town, where you will enjoy a scenic cruise on the Tigris River. The journey concludes in Şanlıurfa, the historic city of ancient Edessa, founded during the Seleucid period. Dinner and overnight stay.

    Şanlıurfa – Harran – Şanlıurfa

    After breakfast, visit Şanlıurfa's Archaeological Museum and the famous mosque complex with its sacred Pool of Abraham, renowned for its fish-filled courtyard. Enjoy free time to explore the city's historic bazaar before continuing to nearby Harran, where you will tour the ruins of what is considered the world's oldest university. Return to Şanlıurfa for dinner and an overnight stay.

    Şanlıurfa – Göbekli Tepe – Mount Nemrut – Adıyaman

    After breakfast, visit Göbekli Tepe, the world's oldest known monumental sanctuary, dating back to around 10,000 BC. Enjoy a guided tour of this extraordinary archaeological site, featuring monumental stone pillars, circular enclosures, and prehistoric ritual structures. Continue to Mount Nemrut to explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site and the monumental tomb sanctuary of King Antiochus I, famous for its colossal stone statues.
