Bali

Indonesia 10 daysTripDeparts from Athens · Thessaloniki · Larnaca (Cyprus) · Non flight

Many have thought about it—and trust us, turning that dream into reality is easier than you might think. Bali captivates you from the very first moment, with endless rice terraces shimmering beneath the tropical sun and artistic traditions woven into almost every corner of the island. Despite its worldwide fame, the legendary “Island of the Gods” has preserved a deep sense of spirituality—something you can feel whether you are wandering through one of its countless temples or watching a traditional Kecak dance against the backdrop of a spectacular sunset. And as if Bali weren’t enough, there are the Gili Islands. Three tiny dots on the map, each with a personality much bigger than its size. On Gili Air, you’ll discover the perfect balance of laid-back island life, beach bars, wooden bungalows and fantastic snorkeling spots. Gili Meno offers a quieter, more romantic atmosphere and the chance to discover its famous underwater statues. If you’re lucky, you’ll swim alongside sea turtles, explore colourful coral reefs and cycle around the islands with endless turquoise waters as your backdrop. Whatever you’re looking for in a journey—adventure, relaxation, culture or simply the chance to reconnect with yourself—this corner of the world has it all.

Holy Spring Temple – Tegalalang Rice Terraces – Cretya Ubud

Start early with a visit to the sacred Tirta Empul Temple, where Balinese Hindus have performed purification rituals in its holy spring waters for more than a thousand years. Those who wish can take part in the ritual for an additional fee. Continue to the spectacular Tegalalang Rice Terraces for a walk through Bali’s iconic green landscape and the chance to try one of the famous swings overlooking the terraces. Finish the day at Cretya Ubud, relaxing beside its beautiful pools with panoramic rice-field views, tropical smoothies and cocktails.

    Day 4

Lempuyang Temple – Gates of Heaven

An early start takes us to magnificent Lempuyang Temple in eastern Bali, home to the legendary “Gates of Heaven” and one of the island’s most iconic views. Travel through pristine rice fields and dramatic mountain scenery before discovering this ancient spiritual complex and learning about Balinese Hindu traditions from our local guide. Those who prefer a slower day can skip the early start and enjoy additional free time in Ubud.

    Day 5

Monkey Forest – Kanto Lampo Waterfall – Uluwatu

Begin at Ubud’s famous Sacred Monkey Forest, a lush sanctuary home to hundreds of macaques, ancient temples and tropical trees. Continue to spectacular Kanto Lampo Waterfall, where cascading water flows over distinctive rock formations and you can cool off in the natural pool. Our final stop is Uluwatu Temple, dramatically perched approximately 70 metres above the Indian Ocean. Enjoy one of Bali’s most memorable sunsets and, if you wish, experience a traditional Kecak dance performance overlooking the sea.

    Day 6

Bali – Padang Bai – Gili Trawangan

Leave Bali early in the morning and travel to Padang Bai, where we board a fast boat for the journey across the turquoise waters to Gili Trawangan. The moment you step onto the island, the pace changes completely: there are no cars or motorbikes, only bicycles and traditional horse-drawn cidomo carriages. White sand, palm trees, clear water and an irresistible bohemian atmosphere welcome you to an island where your only responsibility is to relax.

Gili Meno – Gili Air – Island Hopping

A day designed entirely around island life. From Gili Trawangan, optionally set out by boat to explore neighbouring Gili Meno and Gili Air at your own pace. Swim above Gili Meno’s famous underwater statues, search for sea turtles in crystal-clear water or embrace the laid-back atmosphere of Gili Air with lunch at a beachfront café. Whether you explore all three islands or spend hours relaxing in one perfect spot, today you decide the rhythm.
